FreeNAS UPNP server not running - cannot browse administrative WebGUI.

My FreeNAS uPNP server was configured and enabled, but I could not browse to the Administrative WebGUI.

Looking at the Services > Status menu, the UPnP service was enabled but the status showed a red bar.
In the end I figured it out - the content DB folder was missing. Somehow (I don't know how yet) it got deleted. Which meant the service was set up, but failed to launch. The diagnostics and logs did not help either, they didn't show any problems.
